Kinda, they just seem like work, and I'm lazy.
So, when are we going?
I wanted to click like but the death of a fountain pen is a sombre matter, hopefully the parts will help another pen in need.
K. Sometime soon then.
Fleur-de-lis, that's what the Boy Scout thing is
[I know you mentioned some of the pens in the roll but could you name them in order? Drool.... Thanks!

It's ordered from left to right from the most used to the least used. It gets rolled up and tossed into my backpack. All of them are fountain pens except for 3 - the Fisher bullet, Zebra F-301, and Parker Jotter ballpoints.
On my person I'll take the Fisher and Pilot VP and clip those to my collar. [/quote]
From left to right:
Fisher Space Bullet Pen, BP
Zebra F-301, BP
Pilot VP, FP (Fine nib)
Parker Jotter, BP
Lamy Vista, FP (Fine nib)
OHTO F.I.N.E, FP (Fine nib)
Pelikan Pelikano, FP (A nib)
Platinum Preppy, FP (0.3 "Fine" nib)
Parker 45, FP
Hero 616 "Doctor"/"Jumbo", FP
Sheaffer No-Nonsense, FP
Wing Sung, FP (unknown model)
Pilot Varsity, FP (Medium nib)
Way cool! Thanks, its always great to see others' pens. You are a fan of the fine points!
Thanks. haha Yeah... I write pretty tiny. I also write in all caps and compares to about 10 pt font.
I was wondering why all the pen nerds like fine point more. I like sharpie thickness but I write like I was having a stroke the whole time. or at least it looks like it.
I like as fine of a point as I can get, and I write at an extra-medium sized pitch. It just dries quicker and I don't smear as much. Lefty writing sucks.
Hanging around FPN you might be forgiven for thinking that fountain pens only come In broad or double broad . In reality its a pretty even split in what people like, there ar e people on both ends of the spectrum, those who only use 1.9 stubs and others who swear by their XXXF nibs. Like anything in life "Different Strokes for different Folks", which is quite apt in this context .
Hey look! A new Platinum Preppy: http://www.jetpens.com/Platinum-Preppy-PN-900-Fountain-Pen-Medium-Fine-Nib-Black-Body/pd/10382
That yellow one is schweeeet!
Just posted this one in the "EDC writing instrument" thread, but I think it applies here as well
Michael's Fatboy Silencer, Gold, 5yr Anniversary Limited Edition #029 of 188.
That is one real funky pen!!
Agreeing with the yellow. Would so go with my EDC!
These two pens came in the mail today, the one on the top is a Sheaffer balance 500 and the one on the bottom is a Sheaffer Snorkel. The Snorkel needs some work but otherwise they are in excellent condition and have some of the smoothest nibs I've ever tried. Hope to expand the number of vintage pens I have in the months to come.
Hey mooshi, I received a fountain pen the other day, where do I go about finding ink?
