I just received the Lumapower MRV from Ricky at Lumapower. Lumapower MRV

Shipping took 5 days from Hong Kong.

    Fit and finsih is excellent.

Type III Hard Anodize has some scratches on the tail cap. Not that bad, something I can live with.

    Nicely packaged.

    Great pics and review.
In the beamshots the D-Mini looks brighter yet I guess the MRV throws better and has more total output.
    What is your impression?
How does the 2 stages work? Which switch do you like the most?

Comparing the lights at a distance the MRV is much brighter than the D-Mini.

I can't get my MRV to work the 2 stage brightness level. I don't mind because I like to run my lights at full brightness.

I am running 2 AW RCR123's in the MRV.

    The D-Mini is using 1 AW RCR123.

The second picture underexposed is perfect to see how the MRV will throw better than the D-Mini.
It is also great to see how the D-Mini being a 1 cell light has amazing output and throw.
I'm going to get the MRV soon and a 18650 body for the D-Mini, it will be a good combo.

The ES is the OP Refector. The stock reflector is the SMO.

The OP's aren't for sale yet, should be soon.
