I don’t know much about it really. It’s a Colt Trooper Mark III. I picked it up because I liked Colt double action revolvers and I wanted a “service grade” and pleasant to shoot gun to go alongside my Colt Anaconda. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Very close to what I carried at different points in my LE career; I started with a 6” Colt Trooper III until I could afford a Python, and my last personally owned gun was a 4506 (until the department mandated Glock 22s for all personnel). Sometimes miss a big chunk of metal by my side, but my back sure doesn’t!
I’m very fond of the big, steel S&W autos and I especially liked the unique adjustable sights. I might feel differently if I had to run with it and other gear on my belt.
