It might be worth looking into that further because there are steel frame and alloy frame versions, and most states don't like the alloy frame one, but the steel one is fine. Mine was a steel frame one and had some heft to it. I'll have to keep my eyes open for a Seecamp. I have seen the NAA guardian which looks very similar. Is that a licensed deal, or just a blatant copy?

My FNP-9 replaced my S&W 915 several years ago as a carry pistol. Now, it in turn is being relegated to mostly a HD role as I now mainly carry a Glock 23 converted to .357 SIG.

That's a beautiful gun, I have a 1940s single barrel 12 Guage that was my great grandfather's, I took it apart and restored it and it shoots like brand new and kicks like a bull. Id post pictures but I'm currently sitting at the car place waiting on my truck

Yeah, its a neat gun. Its a full choke from before there were screw in chokes so you're stuck with that. Its fun for sporting clay because if you connect with one, its just a puff of smoke and a memory. Your 1940s 12 gauge sounds awesome. I am excited to see photos.

Awesome. Whats the choke in it? Do you shoot trap or sporting clays or hunt with it?

I'm not sure actually, and I don't shoot it anymore the only times I've shot it was to ensure the firing pin was hitting it's mark, it's more of a conversation piece and since it's been passed down in the family I like to keep it in the best condition possible, looking forward to giving it to my son one day

Just checked and it appears to have an improved cyclinder choke if I'm not mistaken
