This is honestly even a little bigger than necessary but otherwise it would have been a pocket organizer with a strap. I kinda like how it looks like a shrunken backpack from the front. Excited to experiment with it. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk
This really could be what he had. I still feel the strap was too professionally attached but it was a fleeting glance.
Did you try the search I suggested? https://www.google.com/search?q=bike+handlebar+waist+sling+bag Click on that, then switch to the image tab.
Not a bad option either. Little large still and ive never been a fan of that buckle flap closure method. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk
That's a nice looking piece of kit. What do you think about the quality of their new AGR line? Does it seem like it will hold up as well as the previous generation of gear?
It feels close. A little lighter all around but i think that was the point. I like how theyve done away with bulky tacticool webbing. Perfect for my purpose. The zippers hang a little but I think thats due to the material being lighter gauge. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk
Yeah, I'm still trying to decide if I like it enough to carry regularly (I haven't done so yet --- just a couple of times to work, and one trip to the local game store for Friday Night Magic for which, if I can keep it clean enough, it's a definite). My difficulties with it: - concerned about it getting dirty when on the bicycle - a bit too large to carry comfortably, but I'm concerned it doesn't hold enough to justify the actual carry - buckle a little awkward --- the automotive belt buckles used on the way cool Chrome nylon messenger bags are tempting If I can work out a reasonably useful electronics loadout for day-to-day (am going to start by adding my Sony PRS-600 ebook reader in its case), and a way to swap over to essential tools carry (I want something like to a Bonsa toolkit for when I'm camping / touring), and can work up a reasonable structure for the Magic cards, I may get a second bag, or some sort of wrap-around sling for the bike.
Here's a prototype strap I made for the DEP. Loving it so far! It's served its purpose perfectly! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk
