    Hello,

I wanted to share this good customer service experience I've had with Fenix.

I purchased a Fenix HL30 headlamp in 2015, and it had always served me well. Until while fixing my motorbike the head lamp fell from my toolbox, a short 24 cm fall, and to my surprise the part holding the flashlight to the band broke. I had to improvise just so I could finish the job.

Afterwards I had looked up Fenix customer service email (Service@fenixlight.com for Asia) and sent them the story above, asking if I could buy this part. I received a prompt reply asking for my shipping address.

A couple of weeks later the spare part arrived free of charge and the headlamp could be restored.

Great service for this great product. Thanks to Sophia from Fenix!

Awesome. I also have a Fenix headlamp that is in need of repair. It isn’t broken all the way thru like yours but it is cracked.

    Fenix customer service is awesome.

I've dropped my HL10 a few times but luckily haven't cracked the housing.

I am not suggesting it is fragile, I had dropped it before and it was OK but not this time.

Update: I opened it today to change batteries and used too much force on the wrong side.. the edge of the case cracked. It is no longer waterproof. I'll have to replace it. :(
