Back when I was still working EMS, my shift loved the movie Sling Blade and watched it dozens and dozens of times. When I was shift supervisor, I used this quote, recited with a Karl Childers accent following times of great stress on calls that did not go well. Sounds heartless, but levity keeps you from going off the rails sometimes.
