I'm looking for recommendations for a great lamp for night running. I've used a Petzl Tikka and some Black Diamond products. Thank you.

I have a Fenix HL10 for running but generally these are short runs either at dusk or early morning, so I wasn't really concerned with long run times or intense brightness.

The most important thing to me was size and weight and it's only 2 oz and runs something like 80 lumens for an hour.

A little more info would be great. For example:

    - How long/far do you usually run? (important when it comes to battery run time)
    - Where do you want to run (sidewalks, roads, forest paths etc.)?
    - Will you run in mixed traffic (country roads) or only on pedestrian paths and in the woods?
-Will you be using the light for night orienteering?
    - Will you be using the light in other activities besides running? If so, which?
    - Which features do you like about the Tikka? Which do you dislike?

I tried HL, did not like them.
I prefer to use a 6P type device in a holder. a HL has a simple purpose.

I really like he Olight H1/H2 lights for this purpose. They have great spill for lighting up your peripheral view as well.
