For me, not usually on the burger (well, basically it is but no spread -- ketchup & mustard instead) but YES PLEASE on the fries (when I order them once in a very infrequent while)! :)

We moved up north from Cali. Too bad Panda Express does not have the same menu, miss the Garlic Eggplant.

OK...I just went and looked at In-N-Out's menu online. What the heck is "hand-leafed lettuce??"

I think that's where someone took an individual leaf of lettuce and ripped it off the head, manually. Instead of dicing the whole thing up and spreading lettuce bits on the burger...
But then again I got no clue, just a wild guess..

Hmm. The way it's written, it sounds like they have someone who combines chlorophyll, water, and cellulose in a mixing bowl and comes up with lettuce leaves. That would be a neat trick, but I doubt it happens in the back of every In-N-Out store. :)

Well, with all the processed stuff that goes into fast food these days you'll never know... ;)

Could it perhaps be a special kind of lettuce that has hand-shaped leafs?

It seems to me that you should be able to quess that a tripple wopper is a bad idea. But I agree, those looked delecious.
