I recently got a Mexpedition m1 and mini pouch. M1 just pokes out to far on my side. The mini is just too small but doesn't poke out too far which is good since it doesn't get caught in something or a pain when getting in the vehicle.

I'm debating on the Fatty or Beefy.

I'll have a flashlight, various lighters and Firestarter kit, multi-tool, paranoid, altoids medical kit, altoids fishing kit (maybe), notepad, signal mirror, and maybe few other things.

I want it for belt carry to have on hand more easily.

    Any suggestions?

With the zip being on three sides I don't think the fatty or beefy would be suitable as a belt carry.

The mini just doesn't stuff the things I need. The m1 does but pokes out too far and is a pain in tight areas

Lol. Neither. They're both huge. I have both and they live in my bag. On a belt?? No thanks.

Look at some of Condor's gear. Less popular than maxpedition, but I actually prefer it.

I think any of the zip up pouches that will hold all that you list will be too big overall for the belt Batman.

The bigger Skinth's might be a workable option but again to hold all of that will need to be pretty big.

Home Depot sells a few decent pouches that may be big enough and are cheap enough to try one and see too.

Well I think I'll just keep the mini pocket organizer and m1. I can angle the m1 to the front of me and mini to the side.

Keep the m1 for survival stuff and mini for edc like light, lighter, :censored:, pens, notepad.

How are you attaching the Husky to your belt?

I don't think any of the Maxped organizers are meant for belt carry. I don't see any attachment points unless you customize or just use a carabiner. Anyone here has tried Maxped belt carry?

    I would guess tacties.

I have a few fatties but I've never belt carried them. Do you really carry 4 lighters and 3 knives (4 if the multi-tool has one)?
