Maybe that'll work.
How do you go from that to making awesome knives.
My alert said "Mention"
I thought I had it fixed on page one
This convo has come up a few times and that seems to be the only thing that works.
IDK...I mentioned TH by "T.H.Cone" and "T.H. Cone" with a space, but he never showed
Quote him in. He needs to know there are specific instructions on ignoring him.
That totally defeats the FAQ testing on the MentionHe'll figure it out and show up.
just him!? That button is coded to just ignore him!?? Poor mister Cone!
Sent via Tapatalk from a nice hobbit hole... Now MY BEAR CAVE !
This is true.
Well, won't be long now before I'm just talking to myself.
Its about time!
Why does post 52 just look blank. I followed all the instructions.
Sounds normal to me...
Funny... I'd forgotten it, but IIRC I've actually used the ignore feature once or twice here... can't remember who it was but I Ignored a Moderator or an Admin years ago(its not in effect now, that was with my old user name/account, circa 2007...), they were really annoying...
Otherwise, all the people here are just SO super nice, I'd be surprised if that feature gets used much, if at all.
I gotta agree there AK. I cant imagine a time when the feature would need using here on EDCF. This is my first forum so I have no reference for comparison but I wonder if there are other forums where its used or they need the feature. I do see the occasional very old post here, where someones avatar has "banned" under it..
So, after SoulRiot used me as the poster child for people to ignore, I joked around about it in some other threads, as I am want to do. Of course, unless you know about this thread and can actually pick up on it, it is easy to not know what the heck I'm talking about. Actually, it is probably always easy to no know what the heck I'm talking about.
I don't even know half the time.
So, one of the people I was joking about not following me is doing something nice for the forum that I didn't want in on but still wanted to say "thanks", so I went to PM him...
and, low and behold, he's actually ignoring me (I assume, since the PM wouldn't go through).
Your being used for the ignore feature presentation was my idea. You're welcome.
It's all funny. In fact, it might be the funniest thing ever. Well, for me personally on the this forum.
Of course, a close second is the bovine humor threads. Those are always a great time too.
