One thought on mac and cheese and pasta/rice sides. I just went through my pantry and I have a lot of these, I'm a lazy cook. But out of about 2 dozen packets of food only the 3 rice sides i have don't call for milk and or butter. I'm sure you can make mac and cheese with just water, but I don't know how it would taste. The "premium" variety might be better, but it's also much pricier.
