On March 28, 2006, JonSidneyB opened the virtual doors to his forum, dedicated to those items that we carry...every day. Depending on one's occupation, location, and interests, those items vary, but since that day just over 10 years ago, over 46,000 members have joined to share their admiration for, knowledge of, and experience with everything edc. So to celebrate, we're hosting an old-fashioned giveaway, open to all members, in the spirit of the generosity our members have always shown. If you have something you'd like to contribute, new or lightly loved, please contact a staff member and send a pic, and we'll add it to the list! Please do not add your prize to the thread; we will take care of that for you to keep the thread organized and ensure we don't miss any goodies. Let us know if you would like to list your name with your donation or offer it up anonymously. This giveaway will run through Sunday, May 1, 2016, and close at 10 p.m. EDST. Winners will be chosen by a random number generator -- the more prizes, the more winners! To participate, simply post the date you joined and your country of residence, and note whether certain items are restricted/illegal where you live. Your post number will be your entry number. In the event you win a prize that isn't allowed, we will endeavor to replace it with a prize that is appropriate. We ask that those who donate goodies ship their prizes to the winner. Please contact staff with any questions. To keep the thread clean and to simplify matching prizes with winners and in a timely fashion (no one likes to wait to see if they won!), PLEASE POST ONLY ONE TIME! Happy Anniversary, EDCForums! October 24., 2007 Berlin, Germany I don't think any of the prizes are illegal here. I would not be allowed to carry the SubCom in public, but owning one is no problem. Edit: While cool, the chargers most likely won't work in Europe, due to different plugs/voltages.
Mar 11, 2009 in the good ol' USA where only weapons-grade Plutonium is prohibited. I didn't realize that I had been here this long. I remember buying flashlights from JSB .
