Every time I see one of these Lamy pens I kinda want one just a little bit more.
It's a neat novelty and a pretty good carry (slim and light) but that's about it. That said I am really lucky to have one.
Ps. The only way you will forget it is to get one .
Yeah, I have too many "nice" and "practical" writing instruments to chase down something that just looks pretty, but then again, I've bought dumber things.
I am considering getting a Maxmadco Ti bolt, but I really like this pen. It is less than 4" closed and about 5.5" open - easy to pocket but still a good size and weight for my truckasaurus hands. I would like the titanium version of this, but $180 is a bit much for a Spacepen.

New pen in the mail today - Maxmadco Ti
Basic EDC | On Person Carry | Skinth Loadouts | Backpack | Bail Out Bag
I dropped my Pilot Metro from about 4' point first. Still writes but is scratchy.
New nib recs?
On their website for $125.00 now....still spendy, but am also considering 'pulling the trigger' on same...
What pouch is that ? Cool setup for writing implements...
I bought the Maxmadco Ti, love it - great pen, great ink selection, the Ti has a great feel/grip.
The Ian Schon Pen in Ti is what I was saying is $180. I'll stick with my aluminum version for now.
It's made by Condor and not very expensive. It's very handy though as you can see. A Google search for Condor tactical pouches should turn one up for you.
Got it...just looked at Ian Schon website and do like the looks of it...another pen on my wish list....thanks
