I'll bite.. what is this ? It looks like a Caran D’Ache with a long slider added ?
It's a multi-pen most likely with 4 colors, using D1 standard refill.
Whooa I haven't seen one of these since high school. Are they still in production? Back then (90s) among us nerds it was all the rage, this pen and casio sientific calculators.
There are many out there, just have a look here: cultpens.com/c/q/explore/product-type/refills/d1-multipen-refills
This are my pens:
Interesting veeery interesting.
Got my maxmadco pen yesterday and it's marvelous.
I am more a Schmidt Easyflow man myself but I think about machining grooves on the pen like on the one-offs.
I prefer the grooves.
I have them on my Maxmadco ss and ti pens.
As far as refills I prefer the Monte Blanc in my aluminum Prometheus writes.
My titanium Prometheus writes was suppose to be here three days ago.
Thank you, then I need to machine these grooves, a tiny bit more grip would be great.
Maybe you said and I missed it, but is that the titanium, stainless steel, or aluminum?
It's the titanium version.

I really like that pen. I have the same titanium version myself, and I love the weight, the balance, the look and the feel.
The only thing that I don't like is that I haven't found a Parker style blue-black gel refill that I love. I basically want Pilot Juice type/color ink and tip in a Parker shaped refill. Is that too much to ask? Apparently, the answer is "yes".
Agreed..visconti makes a gel refill..different point sizes but no blue-black. The one I tried at the store wrote nice but it was a light blue.
The parker blue gel is a wonderful dark blue but only one tip size and the blue is water washable to a rediculous degree..letters to parker to alleviate this are ignored.
Monteverde makes a dark blue-bblue-black gel but I hear the quality is not consistent from refill to refill. I say try that and write them hate letters if it doesn't work well.
Our best bet is to petition the schmidt folks to start making their parker style gels again.
To me the color is funky. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it kind of seems too gray, or off-blue, or something.
Dang, what are these? I really like that blue/purple one.
