    Google 'GS army Ebay'
    Go to their shop page
Choose 'Bag' category on the left and then sort low price first.

The zips are fine, not had an issue, even when stuffed to bursting with 2 full flasks and all my daily kit too. It gets thrown around and has held up for the last couple of years.

I'm really impressed for a bag that cost me £12 :)

I popped into the shop in question and picked up a Ridgeline Trooper for £25 in Tan. I will give it a quick write up when I get a chance.
For £25 from a recognised manufacturer is almost unheard of in the UK, I have not seen then less than about £45 anywhere else.

Code Alpha. They are almost as good as LA police gear, but a little cheaper.

Well I guess thank you? Because I just clicked buy on one of them in green :) I needed a work bag, and might end up using it for some primitive UL camping this winter.

Can you get LL Bean where you live? I've had their Deluxe Bookpak/backpack for probably 20 years and still doing the job.

I'm a little confused. Three quarters of the country is wilderness and nobody sells backpacks? What happens when you want to go walkabout, put your gear in a Coles bag? ;)

I was looking at Wild Earth's website and their Osprey packs seem to be on par with REI's prices.

A $500 backpack! What does it have, gold zippers?
