thanks. used to smoke gave it up when Camel quit making my brand, but I kinda of miss it. I like the idea of a tobacco and clove vape without tar and nicotine. I have a beautiful sheesha pipe from Saudi, but it never gets used anymore since I gave up smoking. This seems like an option where I can enjoy the basic idea of a clove cig or sheesha pipe but stay reasonably healthy doing so.

    Nice!

Man, I love taking a puff in my cubicle at work.

    No one is the wiser.

Now I'm thinking about picking up a Provari. Do I need it? Absolutely not!

    But, I want one! LOL.

What flavor's should I try next?

Been hearing a lot about this RY4. But, found many different versions of it.

Cool! I find that a lot of tobaccos taste odd...chemical-ish. I generally try to stay away from any tobaccos for that reason. Any suggestions on a brand? Thanks for the input!

I've found the same thing; most tobaccos taste perfume-y and gross. I've found though that the MLB stuff from various vendors has a pleasant taste. Not really smoky, kinda sweet, very tolerable. I don't know who specifically makes the flavoring, but I've gotten MLB from three different places and they've all been good. I suppose it's supposed to taste like a Marlboro, but I don't really see it.

Thanks Jaiofspam for the mention of RY4. I'd not heard of it ... your description/endorsement sounds inviting.
Suggestions for a brand you say? Here's thread on an e-cig forum that reviews two dozen brands' version of RY4 ... in detail. LINK

His comments and description of the first reviewed, BackwoodsBrew RY4, made me a believer. :)

Keep in mind that most e-juices, especially tobacco, normally need 1-2 weeks of steeping time which gets rid of the perfumish chemical taste. The only tobacco juices that I vape that do not require steeping are from Vapealicious.

I smoked for 9 years, age 19 to age 28. (I'm now 30, almost 31.) I bought a cheap e-cig from 7-11 three years ago. It helped me quit smoking. Within two days, my brain figured out it could get its precious nicotine (in an instant-hit inhaled form, too!) without having to tolerate the pollutants in cigarette smoke, and real cigarettes became revolting. About 9 months later, I got tired of driving to 7-11 to buy refill cartridges, and I just stopped using it. No irritability or cravings whatsoever.

I still occasionally buy a pack of cigarettes, usually for my friends' yearly camping trip, but the habit remains kicked.

Got 2 Vamo v2 in yesterday from FT.
The SS model has pretty nice build quality, I was pleasantly surprised.
Im using the X9 Protank, vivi nova and the RDA mini rebuildable dripper.
Gonna try a carto tank also, to see which I like best. The dripper has way better taste than the others...maybe the Smoktech Terminator tank is for me?

Only downside (for me) is the size. In 18350 mode its manageable, but with the big tanks...its still pretty close to full size. Now im contemplating some regular Ego batts and skinny clearos for when im out and about.

Are there any shorter, but fatter tanks out there that fit the vamo well?

Look at the standard 22mm tank from IBTanked. It fits the Vamo flush, or if you're looking for fatter, then get a 25mm.

I have a picture of it on page 6 of this thread. It's on my Zmax, but it's the same circumference as the Vamo. You can see the size comparison of the standard and XL tanks as I have both in that pic.

I love these tanks. They're Pyrex and have stainless caps. Can't go wrong with the prices on them either.

One thing Im noticing, is that the pro tank has a cooler vape (bottom coil) and the vivi nova has a warmer vape (top coil)

I like the warm vape more, but hate the dry hits from the top wick setup...

Do the carto tanks give a warm or cool vape? May just have to get a $3 DCT cartotank from FT to try...
Also, is there any real difference to a flanged carto vs regular?

Edit: While on the subject of cool vs warm vape...how about the rebuildable tanks? Are they typically warm or cool?

    Thanks again for the help!!
