My 2nd anker battery has stopped working and after several emails with anker they said it fell out of their warranty time of window.
That's 2 batteries failing while other brands have lasted longer.
Another battery I've been using (my first one) is still kicking and working fine.
I guess I will be sticking to them instead from now on.

    That's a bummer.

Between myself and my 3 girls there's probably over 20 Anker products in my home.

Only failure was a battery cable clamp from a portable jump starter when I dropped it.

    Cable was replaced quickly.

Yeah I'm bummed too because theres so much good reviews.

But 2 failed battery banks is enough with me.

I have other batteries that have lasted longer and cheaper.

Wow, one of my oldest battery packs is anker and still going strong. I think it's from 2015.

I have 5 Anker battery packs in my house, a couple going back 3 years at least, with no issues.

My Anker battery (the lipstick sized one) is going on five years old. It has outlasted my last two iPhones. Their quick charger is going on two years old

I’ve got a few Anker products (batteries, earbuds, Bluetooth speaker) and I’m happy with all of them but I get where the OP is coming from, once you’ve lost confidence in brand it’s hard to get it back.

When 2 of out 2 batteries go bad without support, it's hard to see them as a quality brand.

I will be looking for other brands for my batteries, so far ravpower batteries have been going good.

Will be ordering another one soon.

I've been happy with my Jackery Bolt. It's been my EDC power bank for almost a year, and works perfectly. I have a few coworkers who own the same unit with similar stories.

+1 for the Jackery. Its what I use. I've had it about 2 years with no problems. The integrated cables are very handy to have.

Well, I've had different brands of battery banks, like cheap chinese brands like Yoobao and Kamashi, to Anker. Never had any fail on me. The thing with any rechargeable lithium ion battery bank is that you shouldn't let it drain down all the way, and you should also not store them at 100% capacity. Doing so can reduce the life of the battery. Also, all lithium ion batteries have a finite lifespan/charging limit (2 to 3 years or 300-500 charge cycles, whichever comes first).

This is my first Anker battery bank, but I have bought many Anker cables and chargers. I'm no Anker fanboy, since I also have some Aukey chargers and cables. Whenever I've had a problem in the past, I would send them a message and they've replaced the cables for me at no charge.
