I just pulled the trigger on a Camelbak Trizip. What I am thinking about is a simple flat zipper pouch that could run vertically on the molle. Preferably one that has Velcro on the face so I could put morale patches on it. I don't want it to have a lot of bulk, just a simple flat pouch. Any ideas?

    Tactical Tailor 1V pouch.

Or, two Mil-Spec Monkey Patch panels. One mounted down low, with another mounted just above it..

Ok, checked out the MSM patch panel, that might be the trick. Looking at the front of the Trizip, it has three columns of molle (4.5 inches) and four rows (separated by three spaces). Should be about 7 inches tall. The MSM panel is abut 6x4......but it has horizontal mole on the back. Is there something similar with vertical molle?

The Tactical Tailor vertical E&E pouch is like a tall Admin pouch.

Not really looking for an admin pouch, just something flat. I think the MSM panel may be the closest that I'm looking for, but it still seems small. The MSM looks to be the perfect width, but I would essentially want it twice as tall.

I still think the Tactical Tailor Accessory pouch 1V is what you are looking for...

You might also find it worth your while to look up "PALS 90 degree panel adapter" - basically it's an adapter panel that allows you to rotate your mounting - you could mount a pouch (or whatever) at 45 degrees or, in this case, 90 degrees.

The 1V is pretty great. I have 2 of them mounted to my small pack. The low profile and interior dimensions make it ideal for carrying medium to small items.
