Another vote for plain Ti. When I see a Sebenza in my dreams thats the one.
I believe this is what some would call a "first world problem". Definitely go Ti.
For sure plain. Matches anything

Both, otherwise Ti.
Another vote for the plain titanium. I really like the look of a titanium knife that has been used, they wear very well and the scratches give it character in my opinion. I don't know how that wood will last with time and use.
Plain Ti. It will last forever, while the wood inlays can crack or be otherwise damaged.
+1 on the Ti. Or get a Starbenza
Bocobolla as it looks better and we all want to be classy and still carry fine quality gear. In a world where we get judged every day by appearances, why not look good ? I know my Boss was supprised when I had to lend him a knife to open a package that just came in when I handed him my custom folder.
Plain. The less joined parts a knife has, better the reliability.
The inlaid Sebenzas are even nicer than the plain ones. If cost isn't the issue, it would be a no-brainer for me - inlaid.
Plain Ti. It looks better in my opinion, and if it ever shows some scratches or wear you can just get it beadblasted or whatever, or have some crazy Warren-Thomas kinda anodizing or whatever done to it.
I like the wood inlays myself
Plain, if you plan on carrying it. If you prefer inlays, the micarta is a good choice.
Bought a plain one tonight for a killer deal

Plain has a timeless look to it.
Plain Ti would be my choice.
I would think that your personal style would dictate.
Both are good looking!
Personal preference for me would be Ti.
I would say plain as well..
