I don't know - it's probably closer to cured silicone than to liquid silicone.
Spun the heck out of my lawson copper EDC top. Only managed a 10:51 though. Striving to best my 11:09 record and getting sore fingers in the process. Addicting little sucker. Also trimmed some excess cables from my new suit with my spidy roadie too. Might throw my new ZT450 in my pocket tomorrow. The action is sublime....
Used my Case stockman to cut up and replace hosing on some air pressure gauges for a colleague.
Replaced the microSD in my dash cam with one from my phone after witnessing a traffic accident, to preserve the footage.
Leatherman Rebar used to tighten up some jubilee clips.
Olight S1 Batton Copper for shining at things that needed to be shined at.
Debit card for debitty things.
Boots for walkin, because that's just what they'll do.
Can you post a picture of your dash cam? Is this a "citizen" one?
I am a civilian, if that's what you mean. I'm using a Novatech cam, very cheap but it works. I believe they're marketed as Black Box Stealth cam's in the US, I use a B40. Don't have anything to show though, wiped the cards after passing on the relevant stuff yesterday.
This comment brought to you by my EDC Asus T-100 Transformer Pad.
Thanks for the information. Yes, I was meant civilian.
Used my shard to pry out some shelving pins taking down a rack. Need to find more excuses to use a pry bar to justify a nicer one!
so at work the beds in rooms are snap together and the spring is also part of the frame. sometimes they warp at the snap parts so i pulled my supertool 300 out and bent the spring part back together
new watch.. came handy.
Sat down on a meeting chair. It wobbled (a lot!). Dug out an Allen key and tightened up the bolts. No more wobble.
Chap in the next seat looked as if he was about to say something smart then felt his own chair wobbling and instead asked to borrow it. "Sure, here you go."
just happened: I was at lunch with a sizable group of co-workers (7-8) who coincidentally congregated at the same location. At one point, an individual made a comment about a screw on their eyeglasses backing out and being loose. I didn't hear the initial comment, but someone I work closely with pipes up and says "[quietconundrum] definitely has what you need" while pointing in my direction. Once I realize the issue, out comes my LM Charge ALX black oxide, which just so happens to have an eyeglass driver on it. I fixed his glasses quickly while the entire table is meanwhile making comments like "what the...? do you carry everything with you?" I proceed to pocket dump onto the table (minus firearm and spare mag) just to show how much I carry. Everyone is amazed and starts asking loads of questions. Response/reaction was very positive and everyone was sincerely interested in it all. Felt good.
Not much today. I opened some food packaging with my Pioneer, and used the Fenix E01 on my key ring to find a couple of sleeping bags in a dark storage room.
Way to go, fellow, Arkie!
The Mrs bought an exercise bike, which of course needed knife to open the box, screw driver to attach the computer and a flashlight to read the instructions. I introduced her to EDC and she kept going back to my Maxpedition Pocket Organizer. Used the Stanley pocket screwdriver, the CRKT knife and the flashlight from my kit which resulted in "you have cool tools" comment! I think I will treat her to a small knife for her huge handbag.
I used the back of one of the blades on my Leatherman Wave to scrape hard packed snow from a ski boot and binding today.
i was out on the woods today with my buddies to build a new DH bike trail. one of the guys was chopping down a little tree with my hatchet, when he did the first blow , a swarm of bees raced to us , everybody running like crazy to get rid of them.
when we reached a safe place i popped my edc backpack and gave averyone a antialergic pill. thanks god for having a small medkit on my edc . i dont really know with anyone there was allergic to bees, but im not waiting to see
What's "DH" stand far?
