I was working in the field checking seed baits and used my Gerber Dime's pliers and flathead screwdriver to remove the staples holding the baits on the trees. Yesterday, while in a hotel on vacation, used the removable rigid frame sheet from my 5.11 Covrt 18 to quickly scoop up all my dog's food that I spilled when I accidentally kicked over his bowl.

Had to pick up my BIL this morning after he partied a little too hard last night. While I was waiting for him to pick up some donoughts I decided it was the perfect time to whip out my Vic Compact and give myself a manicure. Perfect use of the Vic multipurpose hook with the nail file on there... wish they did that with all the hooked models.

I used the knife on my LM Wave to cut open a package of frozen hash browns.

Went to Pizza Hut to pick up a carryout order today and the guy at the counter (frantically) couldn't find a pen.
"No worries, bud, I have my own." - whipped out my Fisher Bullet, signed the credit card slip, and off I went.

Used the newly re-profiled(partially;)) ZT to cut some insulation today...

Also used the Vic to straighten out the contact point inside this perfectly brand new Ryobi reciprocating saw...(see how flattened out the left pin is?)

All I did with mine today was open a bubble pack that my new craftsman screwdrivers came in(they sure didn't want those things walking away, or getting seperated easilly! :nah_disagree: )

And, was in the basement sorting, organizing and putting tools away, when the power went out. Didn't miss a beat, reached down and twisted on the Olight i3S that hangs around my neck, and went right back to work with it hanging there on. :D 10 minutes later the power came back on, and I hadn't lost any time at all.

Not much yet today, but yesterday, I:

    • Used the blade on my Pioneer to open some food packaging and the box containing my new multimodem.
    • Used my Fenix E11 to locate a phone contact behind a chest of drawers in a dark bedroom.
    • Used the large screw driver on the aforementioned SAK to remove and reattach the cover of said phone contact that was put on upside down.

I used my Zippo to melt some cord and heavy thread, and my Skeletool to pull needles through holes in leather, I used my Opinel to cut some tape and cardboard and my Tops Wolf Pup to cut leather, boy does that work slick, the belly and fine edge make short work of precision cuts and it's small enough for excellent finger control!

I also used my fisher Bullet and my Microstream more times than I can recall.

I used one of my Field Notes notebooks to take notes on a new project at church. The Fisher Bullet pen did the writing duties for that. The Boker Nano opened a shipping package from Hong Kong with cord locks in it for my shock cord project. But the holes were too small for the 3/16" cord I have. The locks were advertised as 5mm openings but the 3/16" cord won't fit.... So I used my phone to do more searching for cord locks that either have 2 holes that are each big enough for 3/16" cord or that have a single hole that can fit 2 strands of 3/16" cord. Who knew it would be so tough.... Sheesh!!!

Let's see, today I used my brand new back from the leatherman warranty center Skeletool CX to cut my thumb. Then I used my ifak to Clean, disinfect, medicate and bandage the neat cut on my thumb.

    All hail the bag!

Used my new fiskars pruning saw, my Delica4 & a mash hammer to disassemble a 3 person couch (fits much better down the stairs now!)
Really nice to cut the leather and woven supports with VG-10!
Shame about the couch but it did live a long life and see a lot of bottoms.

    • Used my Craftsman folding box cutter to open a bag of De-Icer.
    • My bandana was used to wipe condensation off my sunglasses and keep my nose from running while shoveling snow.
    • LM Wingman was used to cut tape so I could fold a box up for recycle.
