Or just get the Spyderco Stretch, it's in the middle of the delica and endura in size, but has choil and blade almost as long as endura :)

EDCF auto-reply to these threads should always be "Get both" :)

The endura is agreat knife, good choice. I also have the delica for when you want a more low profile knife.

Carry whichever fits your hand better. The Delica fits my hands (I wear XL gloves) just right, while the Endura feels too long and too narrow. It's totally subjective.

After using both for years, this is really the only thing I ever ran into where the extra length was appreciated.

I was saving up to buy an endura but this thread and some youtube videos convinced me to try the delica 4 first. I ordered it on amazon prime Tuesday morning. Hope it arrives tomorrow!

I have both, they are essentially the same, one larger, one smaller:

    Delica: smaller
    Endura: larger

I usually EDC the Delica as I have met some "non knife people" that are put off by a large blade.

I was worried the Delica was going to be too small. I like having a hefty knife in my hand. The Delica is almost the perfect size. I feel like the endura must be gigantic in comparison. [IMG]

To me the Endura does feel huge compared to the Delica. I think the Delica is perfect size for carrying. It has a nice 3 inch blade, where the Endura is 3 3/4 if I remember right.

I have had both and only kept my two Delica's. I have one FFG and one full serrated. :D

I prefer the Stretch to the Endura (personally). It's also 3.5" and legal to carry in more places than the 3.75" or so Endura, if that matters.

The Delica is a great little user and legal in most places. Slim in the pocket too!

A guy on my local gun forum said he can find new Delica 4 for $ 45 "all day long". Is he smoking crack or is my googlefu extremely weak? Cheapest I find them for is about $ 55.

Delica all the way. If budget can handle it get one of each and rotate em. One thing is for sure, once you get a spyderco more will soon follow. They are all awesome.

If he can find the Delica 4 for $45 then tell us were! The best I found was Amazon for $55 plus being a prime member I got free two-day shipping.
