I thought these problems were suppose to stop with the new server? Also, is it just me, or is it silly having your backup site, (the underground), on the same server as your other sites? Bill
I just got off the phone with the server after an hour on hold and about 30 minutes with the tech putting me on hold and doing Lord knows what. Bottom line? Someone at the server seriously screwed the pooch and they are pulling their hair out this morning trying to get everyone rebooted and unscrewed. Just a waiting game now... but at least we're in the queue to be unscrewed... glass half full! :thumbsup:
I can't even get on the u/g, so there seems to be no "emergency RV" to go to except to come and bother people here, which isn't really fair on EDCF. Perhaps when the system is back up, there could be some consideration to moving the u/g to a different server, or some solution of that sort, so the whole shoot doesn't go down all together.
