My EDC keychain as of now...
It's about time for a thread!!
Where did u get this?
| Sent from my iPhone 4S |
Got it from Mr. Atwood himself. As far as the "sheath", got it from China with a Navy tool-forgot which model but its the smallest one.
Haha ya-well I was gona wait until I got the new camera, but couldn't resist. Hopefully instead of a having this be a show thread I can just give away some info and theories as to why I carry what I do. I'll probably be editing with more info in the near future.
Oh, got the coiled wire "beads" on the lanyard made by my stepdad, and lanyard came with the Atwood.
Very nice looking file knife.
Oh, and btw-not endorsing this guy, just took the pic with the card. I'm not sure anybody knows what kind of knife this is, but it's made out of recycled rasps.
It has nice character. But the real measure is, Do you like it?
In all honesty-I LOVE IT! First neck knife I've owned, and the rasp pattern on it is freakin' cool! Very well made knife + sheath under $50. It's nice and thick and has some weight to it-and I like heavy duty things to be HEAVY. It just feels great in the hand.
Likewise, I love my Kershaw One Ton-nothing that special about it and it's a super cheap knife-but to me it has amazing value. It feels good in the hand, sharp, and I love the shape-no 800 dollar stubby, skinny knife will ever give me the same satisfaction. It would be great to have expensive knives and other stuff that other people like, but in the end I'm the user.
I mean stubby/skinny knife*
^ hahahaha! That one made me smile!
Neat stuff! I have that same Ronson. I've had it for years and it's still going stronggggg. What's the tool to the far left?
Thanks! Ya- my stepdad turned me on to those lighters-awesome for precision burning-or small village arson... It's built like a tank!
Lol, well-let's just say it's not an Atwood Bug (wish)...its a navy tool off ebay-bit holder wasn't too great on the one I got, but it's a nice little piece of steel and came with a sheath I now use for a real Atwood now-a Pest!
You also have great stuff! Love the progressions!
Mmhmm. I love those Ronsons for use with Paracord-ing, especially.
Thank you very much. I haven't updated in a while though. Take care!
Ya-very nice for that too! nice and clean. Thanks for the kind words-take care!
theres one seller on ebay...all near 10 bucks
