always a good time to get it updated
AFAIK, getting an extra one won't hurt you and can help if you do it fast.
Also, I believe c. Tetanus is not antibiotic resistant yet, just really fast.
So this just happened. I moved my work bag off the bed just now, 9ish PM and it was pretty warm. Turns out my work laptop was on the entire time. I left work at 4, so a good 5 hours. I already blasted a fan at it and turned it off. It functioned fine but we shall see in the long run. Typical Monday haha
Hey Bro, sorry to hear that number 4 didn't make it. This is one time I really wish I was wrong.
Ironically, 2015 is a year I'd like to forget as well. But if it's any consolation, EDCF tends to attract good people. Since being here, all these years, I've only seen one regular who turned out to be a scumbag. Thankfully he got perma-banned. And that was after Jon gave him plenty of chances to do the right thing. So, likely quite a few members could also say that the folks on EDCF are more supportive than the folks they know in the real world. Hope that makes you feel at least a tiny bit better.
Stay safe, Bro. And have a great Christmas and hopefully a much better New Year for both of us.
Does anyone else get the heebie-jeebies when they see people not step off an escalator, but rather let the teeth at the end ram under their shoes? Especially if they're not even wearing shoes? Do they realize how powerful escalators are?
Who doesn't wear shoes?
Or is that a culture thing?
I don't think most people do.
I mean sandals/slippers/things/flip-flops. A few people lost toes because their Crocs got caught. Escalators will chew you up without a pause.
That makes sense. I wouldn't risk it though
I got my tetanus updated recently after my ribbed nail experience. Fun times.
Not as bad is could have been. I did actually find the exit hole this morning. Bled much worse than it should, due to three days ingestion of Ibuprofen.
The up shot is, he's gonna get stuck with it. So let's keep needling him 'til he gets the point.
I always just try to find a cute young nurse to kiss it and make it all better. The older ones know better.
Can't always teach old dogs new tricks but they still know how to bite.
Okay lol. I'm posting from the doctors.
Nurse says it's already infected.
Waiting in the doc for Tet shot and antibiotics.....
Why am I getting deja vu Cheeser?
Let's just wait how much the doc cuts off before we draw any conclusions/comparisons...
Not bad, but yeah lets see how long it gets strung out
Well... Now I'm waiting on x-Rays....
This is gonna suck.
Hope you get some good news.
+1 on that. As a kid, I once nearly sliced my thumb in half. Yeah, not fun.
