Get leather to match the icing!
If the local vendor doesn't carry colors, I suppose I could try one of the craft supply stores. Now I have a new mission...
... that's some pretty solid advice right there.
(I pop in for a quick second, and this is one of the first things I spotted ... good to see things are status quo ...! )
And it's factual
i'm willing to bet I would rust through them. I don't have one handy to try.
I ended up using mini paracord.
Regular paracord is too 'vinyl' for my neck, feels rough. The mini paracord is a bit softer, and bit thinner. I've not had any issues with that and a barrel connector. I think I can credit a combination of CSM-101 and hal_chase for the 'final solution.'
I like the smell of leather. That's a fact. A very real one.
I sniff my wallet at least once a day. I carry that wallet.... every day.
Going looking for chimichangas
Factual and entertaining
I can't decide if this appealing or appalling.
I suppose it's like when you get something really foul smelling stuck on your hands. Human nature being what it is, you can't resist smelling it every so often even though every time you do you recoil in disgust.
That's why you should edc 2 different handy wipes, with bleach and with out. If it smells really, really, bad use the ones with bleach.
I was one to keep bleach wipes in the car, but the heat here dries them out so quickly. So now it's hand sanitizer - a bigger bottle in the car door compartment and a smaller bottle clipped to the purse. I know many people, myself included, think we have too much use of anti-biotics and sanitizers. But for the times you don't have soap & water, a little bit of bug-killer is a good thing.
Also aways take a fresh packet of bleach wipes on an airplane, to wipe down the tray, armrests, etc. I usually get a "uh oh weirdo" look, but if I offer a wipe funny how many people take me up on it. The airlines can't possibly clean up between every passenger, so I do it for myself.
Smart lady!! Anywhere a lot of people are is like a lab experiment gone wild.
I have a kid and EDC 4 kinds of wipes.
you all. Have just spent the last hour shopping for individually packed disinfectant wipes on the evil bay.
Your local Godforsaken Wal-Mart should have them.
Purell makes individually wrapped wipes. Comes in strips of four in a box of one hundred wipes. They use alcohol to sanitizer (no carcenogenics). Find 'em where you buy hand soap or sanitizers.
Clorox makes travel packs of bleach wipes of course. Just throwin' 'em in an inside pocket of your pack should keep 'em from drying out but you could put 'em in a plastic box or a Ziploc bag.
I keep a few cheapo terry towels in the vehicle and bags so I don't have to clean up after the clean up. Those and/or shop rags work great to keep the mess form spreading and those will go in the washing machine.
Why is so much messy stuff today like moly grease? It just spreads and spreads and spreads. Like politicians. Slimey, it's everywhere, and you can't get rid of it.
Sent by throwing some gizmo as hard as I can.
Sadly the nearest wally world is several thousand miles away..
I've seen small canisters of liquid hand sanitiser in the shops, but never individually wrapped towels that can be pocketed.
Fortunately the interwebs make shopping easy.
The individually wrapped towelettes are also commonly given out with take away BBQ or used to be with casinos when the slots took coins. Good reminder on these, I'll have to look around for them in a reasonable quantity. Then I can test how king they last unopened.
I have the EDCF and eBay icons side by side on the desktop... one leads directly to the
