    Ummmm I think about $20 for the CF, a $3 carbide bit and a $1100 CNC machine.

    And you forgot a lifetime of priceless talent, metropolicity.
    Therefore an estimated $ 33,000,001,123 for the first unit.

    If you did, say, a hundred, it would bring the cost down a bit, of course.
    After taking into account many parameters (particularly my own account), and many math things way to complicated to share with you guys here, I estimate making a hundred would bring the price back down to about $25/unit. That's including a Charge TTi. Of course, you could also give us EDCFers a little discount on that.;)
