I got my hands on a 3 dot 110 awhile back. Its probably the best performing folder I own. The super thin hollow grind is a thing of beauty. It's a shame buck no longer grinds their blades like this. [IMG]

Got my first Buck this week. Been contemplating for quite some time if I should get the ultimate classic 110 or the “likely to fit my hands better” 112. In the end I fell down on the latter, as I foresee it getting more use.

I didn’t really know what to expect. It seems well put together, but still a little rough here and there. I knew it was a chunk of knife, but was still a little surprised by the heft. Amazing feel in hand though. Perfect fit. I think I did right choosing this one over the 110.

First 'big-folder' I ever bought. Its been in the stable for forty-years, and still-rocks!

I for one won't be the least surprised to eventually seeing you post an acquisition of a 110 ... :)

I don’t see that happening, but never say never.

Neither the 112 is a knife I really need or will be using a whole lot, but it’s an interesting piece that fit like a glove and looks the part. I can make room for that.

My all time favorite Buck is the 110. I think because it harkens back to hunting in my youth when the 110 was the knife to have.

Here is my 112 that I got when I was 12 and forced to go hunting. It never saw any action. Honestly, I've had this knife for 28 years and I don't think I've ever cut anything with it. I pulled it out to look at a few days ago for the first time in many years. It is a surprisingly heavy knife. Not really my style for EDC, but I'll hang on to it and pass it down to one of my children.[IMG]

Not sure if these count since they were made by Wenger. But these are my two Swiss Buck knives I bought somewhere in the late 90s.[IMG]
