    Hey all,

I have two home made morale patch board, via picture frames with felt sticky glued on the cardboard. Buuut I've outgrown those, and need more space.

I've seen several places online that sell them with high quality velcro, nylon back and grommet in each corner. That's exactly what I'm looking for, but I need it about 5 feet by 5 feet. Has anyone seen em that big?

    Many thanks!

5'x5' wow! Can't help you source one that large but that must be quite the collection of patches.

Haha, I want a once and for all patch board! I tired of making em, or having to buy multiples. :p

Wow...I agree, that must be one heck of a collection!! Have you posted them? (I may have missed it).

I reckon if I put up a 5x5 Velcro board of patches in the house my wife would crazy glue some Velcro to my forehead (when I was sleeping) and Velcro a bullseye patch to it! :uhhuh:

Since you wouldn't be actively moving the panel, take a patch with you to the fabric store and try out some of the fleece. It wouldn't be difficult to back it up with something for a wall hanger.

Adhere it to a piece of board.

I've done that, I have a few frames that have fabric placed in them. I'm looking for something more professional, and for my last patch panel.. I've emailed a ton of companies, and not bites yet. Anyone here with a more durable sewing machine??

Anyone who can make or fix a bag, tent or sail will be able to do this kind of sewing no problem. Hammering or pressing in some grommets also isn't difficult. There should be plenty members here that are able to do this kind of job. Where are you located?

Cool, please do post back here once you have some results! I for one would love to see this pool-cover sized piece of velcro :)

This place will be the first to know! I'm getting it in coyote brown, and I upgraded to 5 x 6. For the low low low price of $50. Such a steal!!
