I just got a sprint run V-Toku2 ladybug from spyderco and have seen some pictures of the beautiful patinas you can put on it. I would like to know what the best options would be for forcing a patina for this steel? Mustard, fruit, onions, whats the consensus?

Would you like to pattern it or have an even patina?

I can't suggest any techniques... have you also gone on the Forum at Spyderco.com?

I'd bet there'd be some on there who have useful thoughts!
