With sunglasses you want both 100% UV A and UV B coverage and polarized, the polarization helps with glare.
not sure if i'm too late, but my favorite pair of polarized glasses are Maui Jims. They aren't cheap, but i used one pair daily on the water for 10 years and they were awsome. I could see a clear difference between the MJs and all the other glasses that i tried over those 10 years. I really can't say enough about MJs, they are terrific.
