I'm looking for a keychain bottle opener that I could also use to lift soda tabs, any reccommendations?
There's literally thousands of them out there. Some open with 1 try and others take 2 or more shots to work. For cheap an old fashion opener that some call a church key works great and could in an emergency would make a good self defense tool. Plus figure in the price range, from a buck or two to lots of bucks and material, well you name it. Lots of choices, best of luck.
Get a Victorinox Waiter It has a blade, corkscrew, and combo tool. The combo tool is a screwdriver/can opener/bottle opener. All this for about 12 dollars. I love the Victorinox opener so much, I crafted my own out of a flat widgy bar, and it resides on my keys.

Ah yes. A very stubborn Lowenbrau cap left me with a chipped tooth back in the late 70's. Had to retire that tool for my Bic lighter "multi-tool" also used with finger, or sometimes the picnic table "slap-down!" LOL
I'm waiting on this.. It's titanium from ttpockettools.com for 17 bucks I'll let you all know how it works when I get to..
Not keychained size and totally nonresponsive to OP's question, but this is my favorite bottle opener in house: Highly recommended.
Not bad, but I prefer the heavy metal verison. Apologies to the OP, but if you take a very liberal view to bottle opener for the keychain, you could argue this isn't a bad choice.
