Nice 586, that's a great way to start with the brand.
. I like that more than the walnut scales on mine.

Picked up this well worn user to add to the collection as, well, a user...
And a great user it is. It needed a good cleaning to get the gunk out and a new edge, which came up screaming sharp.
Only carried it a couple of days, but is a great daily knife so far.
I look forward to seeing what that M2 blade is capable of in the long run with some hard use.
You, Lightnig Sir, are a very, very lucky man!
I'm sure you will be quite pleased with your new M2 730.
M2 is my absolute favorite steel.
Mine gets scary sharp and stay that way a very long time.
That is a very nice find my friend!
If you find you don't like/want it....just let me know and I'll take care of that for you.
+1 M2 is awesome, I cut down a LOT of boxes at work, I have to touch up vg10 every evening, s30v every few evenings and M2, well I have been using a new M2 bladed H&K at work for a few weeks now and I haven't needed to touch it up yet!
Indeed, i completely agree M2 is a fantastic steel. Is not my first knife with it, but my others are more of collectors items that i do not want to lose or damage so have seen little use.
This one was picked up with the sole intention of using hard to its full potential.
My first Benchmade.
Good one! grip on!
Here's my yellow Mel Pardue Mini Grip I've had for about a year, and my newly acquired Mini Osborne I just got today!
