I've been looking at the new Adamas in 'CruWear' steel, as a next pick-up:

Should match-up well with the other two:

How's the action on those? I have a Presidio (not II) and the action of the safety reminds me of a S&W revolver that was left on the bottom of the ocean for a couple of years and then dragged a few miles through beach sand. It's a shame, the blade is typical Benchmade, beautiful grind etc.

I was also kinda pysched to see the Adamas offered in Cruwear but it looks like they share the same action (and maybe safety)

No problem with the Adamas, or it's action. My blades fire with authority, so much so; that you should have a good purchase on the blade, when it's fired!

Thanks, I did not mean how they fire. I'm asking about the grittiness of the safety.

The Adamas is a fine looking piece!

I didn't notice any issues with the Adamas' safety. Except, when the knife was new. Just added some Gibb's Lube, and it's smooth. Since then, the safety is easily deployable slide [line-gimped] with my index-finger. I'm a southpaw, and like the ambidextrous 'axis-lock' mechanism on these warblades. I unequivocally, recommend them. The Sibert's are expensive, but worth the outlay, if you know what your looking-at.

Here’s all my Benchmades, and I’m a fan of them all. The Bugouts are Frankensteined. The black blade came out of a Bugout with CF Elite handles and went into Rockscale design Ti scales, and my stock Bugout blade went into the CF Elite scales.

The Mini Grips are both customs. The top one I just got today, and it has an M4 blade. The bottom one has green G-10, and recently had an S90V blade installed.

And, I think with those four I’m good for a bit.
