MSM Adapt pack. Direct Action Dragon Egg Tactical Tailor Modular Operator Pack Berghaus Verden 65+10 Rucksack I use the modular operator pack for my bug out, and the msm adapt for my work bag and the dragon egg for work & gym. I use a tactical Taylor admin pouch and a maxpedition Janus as modular inserts. I find the dragon egg to be the best balance of size and functionality (also it looks the shizz). I tried a few 5.11 bags (rush 72 and messenger and moab 10) but sold them because they were too heavy. I also tried the TAD litespeed but sold it in a week because of its lack of internal organisation and tangle of straps. My present load out is my perfect balance of weight and functionality. I use pouches only as inserts as I am of the opinion that too many pouches (if any) on a bag can be counter productive especially in a civilian setting. Saying that, I do use a condor EMT tear away pouch on my bug out bag. I try to keep my bags as small and light as possible for the use I give them, this also encourages me to keep an eye on what I carry. Kifaru UZ - laying in wait as a future diaper bag 3. Archive bags large hip bag - when I don't need a lot but need place for some repair kit and a ulock 4. Kifaru navigator for extended travel

I narrowed my herd to 3 bags - TAD Litespeed as an EDC - Millet 40L (I don't even know the model) for light hiking (meals, water, diapers for my 2 yo son, etc) - Millet 80L (same case, don't know the model) for heavier needs (same use but I can easily pack a tent, sleeping gear, etc...)
