OK need some help, I think I'm really close to the perfect bag for my EDC. My issue is the shoulder strap, it's a fixed type, no hooks and no swivels. It annoys me, the strap ends up twisted like every time I pick it up. Has anybody modified a bag like this to a hook and swivel type strap? I really don't want to give up on this bag over one shortcoming, but it's a big shortcoming.

Looks like you would have to cut the strap and sew in a swivel. Other than that pretty straight forward of you can find the correct size.

The problem with adding a swivel to your bag is the strap lays across your bag and so it would not swivel. You need to add some sort of extension between the bag and the strap. You can get the parts you need from Hobby Lobby. They have a rectangle to rectangle swivel that will allow the strap to swivel but not bunch up at the ends. By adding a loop of webbing at each end to the bag you could then attach the swivels and the shoulder strap to make it the perfect bag. If you don't like to sew, it is an easy job for any local seamstress.

I didn't formally review it. It's a good bag, well built, nice pocket arrangement. But, I think it's discontinued.
