I have been bitten by the auto bug, ever since a friend gave me a Microtech Ultratech with a Spartan blade. Then another friend gave a Microtech UTX-70. I have been wanting a Pro-Tech Runt for awhile, a picked one of those up; it arrived yesterday. I am REALLY impressed by the Pro-Tech; the smoothness & easy of firing it.I was wondering if anyone else has been bitten by the auto knife bug? If so, please post your pix!!
Illegal here in MI. I don't spend $ on stuff I can't or won't carry. If I could carry one, I'd own a few. Nice pics!
I should consider an automatic knife for everyday carry since it is now legal to carry throughout the state including San Antonio and Corpus Christi. Both of those cities had stricter knife laws than the state.
Auto knives are legal in Tennessee. So I own two. One issued by the Navy. Another I purchased and EDC it every day: a Schrade.
With a clean blade thos S&W knives would be really good looking, I just happen to hate billboard knives. If I'd find one for a reasonable price I'd buy it anyways What's that black one down there? Looking like a Benchmade Benchmite copy?
It's a black ash and nickel silver 110. I think it would be hard to find one anymore. I bought it from a company that has gone out of business. I know it was converted by Wirtz Wire and they have quit doing them as well. I know Buck is going to release a factory 110 auto next year sometime.
