First time ever sewing and first time working with leather. Not sure if I finished the ends off right or not but hopefully it will hold up for a bit!

Nice work! I found some nice leather today, but I think it's too thick for my liking.

    Nice!!

Did you try to fold the sheath inside out? that way you can get rid of the stitching, will give it a even better look..:)

Thank you very much! The stitching isn't too straight but it stays in there nicely while in the pocket.

Nice! If you want to sell one, I'll buy it. Black would be ideal. RG

If I had a camera you would be able to tell how crappy the stitch line is and I don't know how well the ends will hold up. Heath is planning on making a few so I would suggest waiting and maybe contact him(he posted directly below you).

    Take care

Well, yours is still better than what I could do, but sounds good. Heath, if you make 'em good and want to sell one, I'm interested...

Looks nice! I was thinking about a sheath for mine as well. I would prefer if the bead blast finish didn't see to much wear. i was thinking about getting some one inch webbing and experiment with stiching it together. Is it snug enough that it won't come off accidentily?

Mine has been holding up nicely but a member here on the forums was selling nice leather ones. I had to pull the trigger and I posted some pictures of it over on what of the Atwood collector threads.

His name is Heathah, I believe I paid $15 shipped for it and will last just as long as the Ruler itself.
