Mood mostly. There is nothing like carrying a 357 on your side. Though I do find it prints a lot less.

I'm always carrying a P3AT but still love having the 2" snub 357 mag Taurus AIWB. I probably carry the snub 50% of the time, especially during the winter months.

the BG usually don't give you the time to aim, for "shot placement" like the targets at the range.

I am primarily a shooting sports competitor (for 35 or so years) and along the way used some wheel guns... starting with metallic silhouette (10 1/2 Super Blackhawk 44mag)... bowling pins SW M25 45acp, Ruger Security Six,... Sportsman's Team Challenge... but primarily IPSC/USPSA and a couple of IDPA matches... over the years I searched for the "perfect" carry pistol including some wheel guns when Florida passed the shall carry statute (I'm one of the original 5000 permit holders)....3" M66, SP101, SW 640, SW442... but since my primary competition pistols were 1911's and later Glock platforms, it just didn't make sense for me to carry something else...my job as a classroom teacher precluded me from carrying for most of the day, so my off work led to pocket carry with the smaller autos... I have a low perception of threat, and the Luby's Cafeteria tragedy is my primary threat scenario.... I typically have a G17 in the car, but my daily carry is a G42... YMMV

I prefer my trusty Mdl. 60 ... highly concealable and comfortable.

While I recover from surgery on my right arm, I have switched to a revolver (Ruger LCR 38 SPL +P) carried in a pocket holster. The laser will help some too, as I expect I will likely operate single handed.

After carrying a G27 for the past 20 years, I decided to purchase a S&W 640 Pro last December. For me, the 2" barrel makes it much more comfortable to carry than the Glock in the AIWB position.

This is one of my Sunwayman V10R Titanium light mods with custom Tritium cooling fin, control ring and stone wash finish.
Emitter has been swapped from original CW to warm CRI emitter.
