I was at a junk store on vacation about a month ago and picked this up. A telescoping backscratcher!! This thing extends to about 36inches. and compacted it is about 7inches. It resides in my LAPG b.o.b. I love it....anyone else carry one?

I carry a metal telescoping one that's about the size of an ink pen. I get itchy back when I get sweaty.

That's pretty cool! I just use any wall corner I find.

For some reason my back only itches when my wife's around. Maybe I can make something like this from a telescoping magnetic picker-upper tool.

I carry one in my pack - comes in handy in both summer (sunburn) and winter (dry skin).

I have been very close to buying one of those several times, for some reason they always end up back on the shelf. I don't carry a bag so I don't think I would EDC one but it's a neat item

Don't put us EDCers in a box man! We're all different.lol. I try to carry at least one almost pointless silly "you have WHAT in your pocket!?"thing every day. Keeps people guessing:cool:. I need to get me one of those grappling hooks.

That is an AWESOME idea. :inlove: I want one.
I too am a wall-corner or table edge connoisseur. Wife laughs and says I look like a big bear scratching on a tree (edit: hence one reason for my wifes nickname for me).

That's part of the EDC "minimalist" philosophy which I subscribe to.

Hey! I just found one called the "bear claw"; that will be mine thank you. I'm smiling and wriggling with anticipation at the moment. (small joys for ... I really do need to grow up!:D )

One of these is probably safer than using your EDC machete. :p

That looks like it would be good for combing my back hair.
