Right now my keychain is kinda boring (small light and 3 keys), and I was looking for some cool tools and things to put on my keychain. Keep in mind, I don't want to spend a lot of money and I also want to keep my keys light.
I've seen the thread and have only ventured a few pages in for fear of emptying the bank account. I have a "condition" whereby I'm invariably drawn to small, shiny gadgets with the desire to give them a nice warm home either in my pocket or on my keys. With proper counselling and medication I hope to be cured one day.
Some true utility slim clips, Gerber artifact or shard, Atwood tool? Sent from my Android toothbrush!
Phone pic warning here. Repost from earlier thread on forum somewhere. Maratac AAA flashlight in SS (cheaper alternative would be a Fenix E05? @ Forum store). TEC Ti glowfob. Also made in SS and AL I think, if you'd prefer to save a lil. Also from forum store. Daniel Fairly keychain tool, purchased from Craftsman area of forum. SAK Classic in silver alox. All of these are less than $50 each, the flashlight and SAK classic would prob run $20ish at most.
Sometimes, boring is good! I am a big fan of the KISS principle, especially when it comes to keychains. Apart from the actual keys, a Fenix E01 and a token for supermarket trolleys are all I keep on mine. If you want to spice things up a little, I suggest that you look at the keychain/keyring itself, and how everything is kept together. You could get one of these cool pocket clip tools from the forum store (Pickpocket or P-7), or maybe a mechanic's keyring. Another suggestion is a nice carabiner for the little light. Sometimes, being able to quickly detach your light from your keys can be a big plus.
If you don't mind the weight, a Leatherman Squirt PS4 is the best mini-toolbox you could carry, and it's pretty cheap as well.
he doesn`t want to spend a lot of money. i would take a Leatherman squirt p4 / ps 4 or a gerber dime an some little light.
yes i think the Style PS is the perfect tool for somebody, who does always carry some kind of blade/knife, i don`t do this, so my edc tool must have a little blade like the dime or the squirt or something of the juice line.
