When you carry what I think is a Hinderer Pen, do you just clip it to your pocket like we do with knives and such? Thanks.
Japp, Sebenza is three o'clock and the Hinderer nine o'clock. The Sebanza, Hinderer and Titanium Zippo (5th pocket) nearly never leave my pants. As I wrote already several times, I got all this nice stuff lying around, but I very rarely drift from my standard carry, creature of habit.
My mother just inspected the Jeans from the pictures today and wants to cut it to pieces because it is kaputt and I can't run around like that in public. Made me remember a certain episode from a bavarian TV show, where Nana patched up some Designer Jeans belonging to her granddaughter, because they were torn.
I recognise this landscape, so even if I didn’t read you were there again I would know it now from seeing the pictures. And again you didn’t visit me. But I’ll not be at home much until next week, so on the way back it will be difficult, too.
I don't even have the time to visit the Camel Active Factory Outlet in Ingolstadt Village. My appointment schedule this week around here does not look that much different from an ordinary work week.
Sorry , but what is kaputt with your jeans ????? As @warchild said they look like "Desinger-Jeans" +1 Just saying ......
Mail call from Lynx. My first Atwood, thx buddy. Diamond File on the LM XE6 took care of the little dents and gives it somewhat of an unique look, like an extra edge...
I contacted Lynx about that Keyton too! It's the only Atwood I'm fairly keen on owning but didn't really have the cash spare at this time, one day. Will this be the first in a collection or are you not going down that difficult and expensive road?
No, it will be the only one, the Keyton is one of my favourites too and the bead-blasted Titanium is just perfect for my setup. Was somewhat of the last piece I missed in my standard carry, quite happy now.
Was still not quite satisfied with the look of the prytip on the Keyton. Took a more aggressive file to it and it finally turned out fabtastic. A little hard to capture, but you get the idea. Of course it will never ever be used for prying again, that's what CC Widgies are for.
Na, I have been looking (half-heartedly) for a Titanium Keyton for six months, that's enough. I normally need my stuff NOW, so not much in danger I guess.
The dents were for a good deed. True story: A year ago in winter, I walked by a bus stop in the morning and noticed that a woman in a wheelchair wanted to take one of those city buses but couldn't get into on her own. Other people or the driver have to fold out the ramps by hand. It was freezing cold that morning and the bus was full to the brim but only one girl (out of the crowd of probably one hundred! --> very sad!!) got on her knees and tried to open the ramp. But the handle sticked on the floor because of all that ice and dirt, so she didn't manage to grab it. I saw that when passing by, got my keys out of the pocket, smashed the ice with the keytons pry tip and finally opened the ramp before the driver got to the back door. Saved the girl's nails too. And then I walked on..
