I don't wear it too often, it was made to be "non-maintainable" (thrown away) once it stops working or breaks, as there's no way to open the back. Has a number '77' stamped on the case back so it appears to be made in 1991, modeled after the orig. Vietnam era military Timex also with a plastic case.. Can I ask what's the use in having military time on a watch (other than 24 markers for a GMT complication)? I find that I recognize military time just fine. If not, the math is straightforward. If the reason is aesthetic that's fine. I find that I never use the military markers on my GSAR to tell military time. Am I missing something?
