They are much more available now.

I'd say look at Condor offerings if you are after substantial savings, but they might disappoint you quality-vise.
Flyye makes copy of OP1, but it's a bit tricky to find (aliexpress seems to have them though)
Tactical Taylor Stealth Admin and MSM Combat Admin was around 30$ when I bought it too, nice pouch both of them.

I just ordered a Tactical Tailor fight light enhanced admin pouch. I like the design and functionality of it.

I have 5.11, Maxpedition, Monkey, and Kifaru (probably others) and have nothing bad to say about any of them. They don't get rough use when inserted in or attached to bags so I would say just buy the shape and capacity that works for you.

I'd go ahead and check out member TARFU's "Admin Pouch Death Match". We can't post links anymore, so you'll have to use your Google-fu to find the page, but it should be very easy to locate. His reviews include the OP1, among others...

Myself, I was using a Tactical Tailor Horizontal E&E Pouch for a while to hold my admin stuff. Currently using one of the Goruck GR1 Field Pockets. Neither one has as much elastic and as many compartments as the OP1.

I bought a TT E&E vertical pouch on sale a few years back and I am amazed how much stuff I can cram into it. I love that thing. I am willing to bet the horizontal one is even better (since I never attach it to anything.)

The Milspec Monkey Stealth Admin pouches are pretty awesome, as well.

    +1 on the flyye

It was hard to find in black but waited. Ebay I think. May not be made quit as well as the op-1 but for me it's great. Right after I got it I sold my op-1 and reinvested the savings....somewhere...I forget.

Not cheaper but IMO the best out there is the Kifaru Organizer..

I have an OP1, and love it. I also have the Milspec Monkey stealth admin, which is fantastic. Zulu Nylon makes a mega admin pouch which seems awesome.
