The Velcro on the bag itself is 11.5” wide by 9” tall.

Sorry, thought you meant the admin section. The morale patch is 4” x 2.5”

A few more pictures after I did some strap management and modifying.

The red pull is a quick attempt to improve the zipper feel. The zipper for the main compartment is smaller then I expected, and the weak little zipper pulls that come on it don't help inspire confidence when you pull them hard. Changing them to the Goruck style helps a lot though.

The admin section with a small matroskya pounch. These were a great investment for the $15 or whatever they cost! 4 double sided pouches, and of the same great quality.

I've got the big one in the middle.

The larger single hook one fits in the top pocket, and the Goruck wire dopp kit can fit in the lower on. Its a little hassle to get it in however since the zippers for the main compartment stop about 1.5" from the bottom creating a little "curve" you have to straighten out before sliding something unflexible into it. I don't even know if I'd use the dopp in this bag since theres already so much organization.

The laptop compartment is FANTASTIC! Even with the bag fairly packed its extemely easy to slide a laptop in and out quickly, and theres a generous amount of padding on both sides. There's technically no false bottom but they added a cushioned pad and the whole area is so strong and well built you won't be worried at all.

The concealed carry compartment is one area I would have eliminated if it was up to me. I've never used a bag that has one so I can't really compare. It does fit my Milwaukee M12 drill though!

A very un-tactical looking tactical bag!

guys, if i remember correctly, the front flag patch would come with the matching materials to cover it, no?
Maybe I remember wrongly but just curious if it actually comes with it.

    You remembered correctly.

I haven't gotten mine yet to confirm but don't see any reason to think otherwise.

Red-05 and Radioactive_man.... Im curious how the shoulder straps feel and if the bag sits high enough (at least to your own preference) on your back. :censored:, Ive nothing else to think about other than this bag and this bag alone. Wife just screams at me as I didnt pay attention to what she's saying ;)

The shoulder straps are very comfortable, and in many ways indentical to the Evade 1 upgraded straps. If anyone happens to own and use an EV1 with the harness upgrades ... I trust you'll immediately noticed the familiar fit and shape.

I'm also very pleased with the inclusion of the load lifter system. They function well providing the necessary adjustment for any given situation.... even without the use of the hip belt.

Enjoying all the pics and comments! I haven’t gotten my shipping notice yet, so looks like it’ll be sometime after Christmas until my bag arrives.

I believe it was originally measured out in centimeters, when you do, it comes to an even 10x6cm.... Which converts to 3.94"x2.36".

I guess it's like how a wooden 2x4" for building is not really 2" by 4". So, like RadioM said it's basically rounding it up to 4x2.5". ;p

I wish the shoulders straps were a little thicker considering the size of the bag. It’s a nice firm padding though, so they should hold up well. The bag sits really well on your back too. Very secure feeling.

Thanks for joining in gang keep em coming. Here's more continuing with the side by side EV2:EV1. Can you spy the differences? Of course you can... And, yes you can roll up the beavertail using one of the top straps velcro keeper to secure it for stowage.
    more to follow thanks!

Dang me and RED are still the only ones to get theirs? We must be the only ones living in the south east US.
