None & none. This is one of those generic chinese production pieces, 'brands' like DQG, CQG and any of the fire ones can offer these. Just search for AAA Clicky on any of the chinese market places and you should find these or at least a couple very very close to it.

Another vote for the Pelican 1910. It's got two modes that great, very nice beam, awesome clip and built like a friggin TANK...

    This.

After carrying the Microstream for years, this has replaced it. Great light.

(Buy a microstream too tho ;))

Here is what I put in the other thread:

    Lumintop tool
Seems under-powered or too floody for my taste. Do like the size. Don't think the clip will last. Hate reverse clicky.

I beat on a Pelican 1910 for a while and its a really nice light, little big for a AAA.
Rubber button cover came off the tailcap making it hard to use. Pelican customer service wanted me to pay to send it in  Instead of just sending me a cap. Clip is hard to get on pants.

Tried the 5.11 Atac and its seems well built. Really dim and yellow light tho. Nice clip. Just too underpowered.

Edit: OT but if you dont have a Nitecore Tube, buy one of those too ;) Great little light.

I have the Maratac copper Rev 3, Lumintop Tool copper nichia, Olight i3s cu ... all really great lights but I tend to pick up my Lumapower Avenger RX as an around-the-house task light.

It's lighter, runs 10440, gitd clicky (but comes with twisty, and 2 cell tube as well), good UI, well made and cheap enough to use and lose. I never pick it up to fondle and admire like the others, though.

I second the Preon P1. It recently got a redesign, and it's been a staple of the AAA lineup for a long time.

Not a great deal of choice on AAA clickies but if he would accept a AA clickie now you are talking.

    AAA Fenix LD02

    AA Fenix E12
AA Eagletac D25A clicky (his mates would be jealous with this baby)

Blue one will be here tomorrow. Needed something small with decent lumens to clip inside my Maxpedition hook and loop pouch I detach from my gear bag with just essentials. This one ticked all my boxes - plus I wanted to add a splash of color to break the monotony

Thorfire PF01 is a fairly affordable alternative, I use one at work and they can be had for less than 10 dollar shipped. It's got a "big brother" as well (2x aaa) but for the size it is not too impressive even for the price. It resides on my nightstand but I rarely use it. The Thrunite Ti4 is a much better choice (although mine was recently destroyed by a leaking battery) and I would even argue that the PF01 is superior to the PF02.

I almost always have my streamlight protac 1AAA on me, tough as nails, multiple modes, and a fairly deep pocket clip so not much sticks out. Another perk is that its more powerful and reliable than the 2AA maglite mini i used to edc (may have been a fluke idk). All around great little light in my opinion

I hate twisty lights, old fashioned and a clicky is far better IMO.

What's wrong with old fashioned? And i don't understand how it's better, it's really more about personal preferences but ultimately a twist on/off flashlight has proved to me to be more reliable
