I know exactly how you feel. It sounds almost like you are describing me in your post. I seem very outgoing to some people, but it is often a facade that I put on. My wife is surprised that I spend so much time here because I do not spend much time with any given person, nor do I particularly like group settings. Someone else said that this is like a lodge with 30k members. That is how I see it. I have meet some wonderful and selfless people in this forum, and I think I am better for being a part of it. (Except maybe my wallet...)
This is indeed a good forum, pleasant crowd; just it can be a bit expensive: "ooh, I don't have one of those". Between the knives & bags....my daughter constantly reminds me that I have more "purses" than her & my wife, combined. - But I offer to share! Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 2
It's good here. I've been around since 2006 and there's been a few happenings but it's really evolved in to a community that looks out for one another.
Always the nicest set of people you will find. Just don't make them mad at you. If you do they start having the argument within themselves, "which is faster, bullets or blades?"
+1 to everyone's sentiments. This is the first forum I've joined in over 5 years. Best group of people online and hardest working and helpful admin/mods I've ever come across. Cheers guys!
I'm in the same boat here, after a while of lurking I realized how good the people were and it made me want to participate, and like others before me on this thread I am introverted so typically I don't go out of my way to interact like that. Lets keep the train goin I say
