Hi there ! So I discovered over the past few years that my EDC set for work crams any backpack to zero space. Binoculars, small music instruments, laptop, books, notebook, forks and knives, massage balls etc.... Any of you also said to hell with backpacks and went with an EDC Duffle ? I know they are usually for the shooting range/gym, but any of you ever started using one as work EDC ? And, how is the Lima Duffle by 5.11 ? Thanks
I've never considered a duffle as an EDC unless I knew I was going to be hucking 300 yards or less or I was packing it light enough not to be a hindrance to drag around or pain to either of my shoulders wearing it cross-body. (at which point I would just use a backpack). The duffles that convert into backpack mode may be an option but I've found them to be inadequate and half-assed when they pretend to be backpacks due to lack of organization and weak suspension systems.
