I really wish I could EDC a fixed blade.. I work in a big commercial kitchen at a local High School and my EDC Benchmade mini-griptillian, is already pushing it as far as rule bending.. Since I do work in the kitchen it usually isn't a problem.. It see's daily use..

I have quite a few small necker/EDC style fixed blades and do carry them a lot on the weekends and during the summer, when I am off..

I've been packing around a White River Knives caper for a while now, I love it! It hasn't replaced my folders, just...... supplemented it.

I have 4 White River knives: 1 Caper, 1 Backpacker & 2 Knuckleheads...and possibly an ionbond coated on the way.

The Knucklehead is the perfect EDC blade for various reasons.

Their kydex sheaths suck though but I have a kydex press and eyelet tool in the works.

I often carry both but here's the one I settled on after a life-long search for my ideal fixed EDC blade:

I carry it in a leather clip-on (pocket) sheath IWB anywhere between 2:30 and 4 o'clock depending on what I'm wearing.

Here's my Knucklehead but with an aftermarket sheath. I've never used the factory sheath ever. But the retention on this digicam one is great.

In my weekly rotation, I often carry a small fixed blade, a Charles May FireAnT specifically, since 2009. A couple of years ago I had a local leathermaker craft me a custom, rectangular leather pocket sheath for it to carry the knife more comfortably in my back pocket.

These three are commonly in my rotation for work or at home on the weekend. I usually have a small traditional or SAK folder in conjunction with my fixed blades.[IMG]

I carry one, but due to selling it on other forums, I don't think I can post it here.

I venture into NYS and NYC enough that I'm considering dropping folders for fixed blades. That stupid "gravity knife" clause in NYS/NYC makes even my keychain Spyderco Ladybug and arrest-able event - clicky. Who knows, a LEO could have had a bad day, or need to make some dumb quota.

I recently picked up an Izula and am quite impressed with how unobtrusive and concealable these little neckers really are, not to mention much more appropriate for hard use (like bushcrafting). I may soon be a full convert :).

I tried to Edc my candiru. I just keep misplacing it. I've lost it for months two times now. I love carrying it, but for some reason I can't keep track of it.

Recently acquired this beauty through a really good friend. It's really the first fixed blade that I have carried consistently but I really like it. Comes with a pocket sheath and we made a kydex belt sheath for it that I have been using more often.

The LDK has been laced up in shoes for the last year or two. I might switch it up and turn it into a paracord project. The CS I occasionally carry, as I prefer a smaller fixed blade.

I EDC a few. Three favorites for belt or pocket are Scrapyard 411, CRKT Ringed Razel and the Boker CLB MPT.
